How to get Thunder Stones in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The evolutionary stones are nothing new when it comes to Pokémon, but some are more difficult to find than others. On the other hand, that only means that some can be easier to get others. That is why we are here, after all. So without further ado, here is how to get thunder stones in scarlet and violet Pokémon.

The easiest way to get thunder stones in scarlet and purple

There is no way to avoid it: just entering a store and buying a Thunder Stone is your best option if you are looking to find an easily. Fortunately, you can do this in one of Deli bred’s selected locations presently located throughout the Pale region!

The first time you are exposed to these stores is when you enter Mendoza while addressing the academy. The next screen capture will give you a better idea. The other points of sale can be found in Cascara and Leticia.

Unfortunately, players must defeat three gym leaders before they can buy one of the stones that these stores offer. That said, for the very low price of ₽3000, a Thunder Stone can be yours. Other times that can be purchased, they are included in screen capture below.

Other ways to get Thunder Stones in Scarlet and Violet

It is possible to receive a thunder stone when catching a certain amount of different Pokémon and registering them in your Pokédex. When I reached 50 different tickets, I was rewarded with a Thunder Stone.

Otherwise, there are Thunder Stones located both in Leticia City near the sea and in a turbine in West Province (area one) out of short-up City, or, ideally, where you face and defeat the first of eight different gym leaders.

All the evolutions of Thunder Stone

Four different Pokémon require that Thunder Stone evolves in Scarlet and Violet, and are Pikachu (in Rich), Levee (in Jolt eon), Magneto (in Magazine) and Tad bulb (in Elliott). That said, players do not have to evolve any of these Pokémon if they decide not to do so.
